Special Exceptions

Certain specific products may have special returns policies, so please be sure to read that information on the product pages. For Health & Safety reasons it is not possible for us to offer a refund for earrings, or to exchange earrings, unless there is a material defect in the product.

Refunds

All goods carry a no quibble money back guarantee valid for 30 days. Simply send back your un-wanted goods along with your proof of purchase and we will credit you upon receipt with a full refund to the card used for the original payment, less any additional postage costs that may be due.

Please note that we accept the return of goods only within 30 days of delivery to you, provided they are unused/unopened and in their original condition. Goods that are returned outside of this period, or that cannot be resold as new, will not be refunded. The postage costs for both the original delivery of the goods to the buyer and for the return of any goods will not be refunded. Where the actual postage cost for the original delivery of the goods to the buyer exceeds the delivery charge paid by the buyer, the additional postage cost for the original delivery will be charged and deducted from the product refund amount.

Defective items

You can return items for a full refund if they are found to be defective when you receive them.

Returns Postal charges

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund reasonable delivery charges incurred in sending the error/defective item to us. Otherwise, you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. If items are returned for a straight exchange due to change of size or colour for example, a further postage and package charge will be payable by you.

To return an item

To return an item, please enclose a note with your full address and giving the reason for the return. Wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, instructions and accessories. Then send the package to the address below:

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service suited to sending valuable items, for example Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day. The terms and conditions of Royal Mail's cheaper Recorded Signed For™ service do not cover jewellery in the event of loss or damage during transit.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
